Ad Choices and Online TrackingEffective Date: April 15, 2019

WE USE COMMON TRACKING TECHNOLOGIESWe collect information about customers over time and across different platorms when you use KFC affiliated digital properties. We also have third party partners that collect information this way. To do this, we use several common tracking tools. Our third party partners may also use these tools. These may include browser cookies, web beacons, local shared objects, and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies").

WE USE TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES FOR A VARIETY OF REASONSWe use Cookies:

  • To track new and recognize past customers.
  • To store your password if you are registered on our affiliated sites.
  • To provide and improve our website, and present more personalized content.
  • Along with our partners, to provide you with advertising content in which we think you will be interested. To do so, we may observe how you interact with this website and other sites you may visit.

HOW DO WE GATHER RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU FOR INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING?To decide what is relevant to you, we use information you make available to us when you interact with us, our affiliates, and other third parties. We gather this information using the tracking tools described above. For example, we or our partners might look at your purchases or browsing behaviors. We might look at these activities on our platforms or the platforms of others.

YOU CAN CONTROL TRACKING TOOLSYour browser may give you the ability to control certain Cookies. How you do so depends on the type of Cookie. Certain browsers can be set to reject certain Cookies. To control flash cookies, which we may use on certain websites from time to time, you can go here. Why? Because flash cookies cannot be controlled through your browser settings.

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.
