Reach High - High School Equivalency Program: Get Started

You can achieve your educational dreams!

The Kentucky Fried Chicken Foundation’s new High School Equivalency Program, REACH HIGH, helps hourly Team Members and Shift Supervisors at participating KFC restaurants earn a high school credential by covering their exam preparation and exam costs.

With the 2014 revamp of the GED® —which has been the traditional way to assess if an adult has the knowledge necessary to take the next critical steps in his or her educational career— and the introduction of the HiSet® and TASC exams in place of the GED in some states, the KFC Foundation saw an opportunity to assist restaurant Team Members across the country who are ready to accomplish their educational and career goals.

If you are a KFC Team Member who didn’t graduate from high school and you meet the following criteria, please complete the form below. Once your application has been processed and verification of employment has been received, a Foundation staff member will contact you to guide you through the prep and exam process. This typically happens within 8 to 10 business days.

  • Your restaurant must be participating in the 2014 Cole Slaw Donation Program.
  • Must be an hourly employee (Team Member or Shift Supervisor) of KFC or its Franchisees/Licensees in the United States.
  • Must work an average of 15 hours or more per week, with a minimum of six months of continuous employment within the KFC U.S. system (includes KFC multi-brand restaurants) as of the date this form is submitted.

Please complete all fields and click “submit” once when you are finished.
